Takes a singular tiling wood texture (2:4) and creates wooden beam/log/plank "scan"/"sculpt"s. The tool allows to plug in blockout meshes, finds the longest edge and applies the displacement with the best fit projection. It even works for deformed pieces, like wooden wheels, as long they have one cut and are only deformed in one plane.
Since the generator is texture based, you can use the basecolor of the used texture for final texturing - either as a base for Painter, or directly.
The tool was refined during SideFX' Project Pegasus, and will be eventually released through SideFX Labs
